Appointment Cancellations

At The Bodie Co, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. To cancel or reschedule you have the following options:

• Texting or calling us at 917-618-9513
• Sending an email to contact@thebodie.co
• Self-servicing by going to your appointment confirmation email and clicking on “Manage Appointment”, which will allow you to cancel or reschedule
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of $50

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will have availability on your preferred date and time.

No-show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, we will consider this a no-show. In this case, we will charge a no-show fee of $35. We reserve the right to require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments if you have a history of no-shows or late cancellations.

Exceptions

We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving us the required notice for cancellation. In these cases, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
