Why Flatiron clients come north to NoMad
Flatiron and NoMad run into each other along Broadway and 6th Avenue, so for many people in the area, coming to us feels like an extension of their usual walk. It’s close enough to fit around a workday and far enough to feel like a break from the office.
Inside, you’ll find private suites and a team that works on a personal plan rather than a one-size-fits-all menu. We are not a volume practice, and we will never recommend a treatment you don’t need.
How to get here from Flatiron
- Walking: head north on Broadway or 6th Avenue to West 28th Street. The entrance is between the two avenues.
- Subway: if you’re near a Broadway R/W stop, ride uptown to 28th Street. The studio is steps from the station.
- Arriving: take the elevator to the 5th floor, Suite 501.

Skin treatments Flatiron clients often ask about
Many people who find us from Flatiron start with their skin: texture, pores, dullness, pigmentation or early lines. Here is how our main skin options compare, using the details on each treatment page.
For a fresh, no-downtime result
HydraFacial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and hydration in a 30-minute session. Our page lists no downtime and recommends a session every 4 to 6 weeks. $200 per session.
The Signature Facial is a 45-minute facial customized to how your skin looks that day. From $150 per session.
For pigmentation, acne marks and texture
Chemical peels come in three depths. A superficial peel starts at $150 and usually brings little or no visible peeling. Medium (from $250) and deep (from $400) peels involve several days of visible shedding.
IPL Photofacial uses broad-spectrum light to target pigmentation, redness and sun damage. From $250 per session.
For collagen, scars and firmness
Microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin to prompt collagen and elastin production. From $300 per session.
Virtue RF adds radiofrequency energy at the needle tip. A series of three sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, is the standard protocol, with 2 to 4 days of redness and mild swelling typical. From $800 per session.
Beyond skin
We also offer injectables, including neuromodulator wrinkle reduction (from $150 per area) and hyaluronic acid fillers (from $650 per syringe), plus body treatments like PHYSIQ. Your consultation is the place to sort out which, if any, fits your goals.
