A med spa built into your NoMad routine
NoMad is a neighborhood of offices, hotels and apartments, which means many of the people who walk through our door are squeezing an appointment between meetings or errands. We designed our menu with that in mind.
We are not a volume practice. Each client gets a private suite, an attentive provider and a plan built around their goals. As our team puts it, we will never recommend a treatment you don’t need.

You’ll find us on West 28th Street between Broadway and 6th Avenue. A few simple ways to get here:
- On foot: from anywhere in NoMad, head to 28th Street and walk west from Broadway or east from 6th Avenue. The entrance sits between the two avenues.
- By subway: the R/W stops at 28th Street, just steps from the studio.
- Once inside: take the elevator to the 5th floor, Suite 501.

Treatments that fit a NoMad workday
If you only have a short window, it helps to know what each treatment asks of your schedule. Here are some options grouped by how much time and downtime they involve, based on our treatment pages.
In and out in about 30 minutes, no downtime
- HydraFacial in NoMad: a 30-minute facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates. Our page lists no downtime, and you can go back to normal activities right away. $200 per session.
- PHYSIQ body contouring: a 30-minute, hands-free session that pairs thermal energy with muscle stimulation. No downtime. From $450 per session.
- Lipo Shot (lipotropic injection): a 15-minute visit, usually booked weekly as part of a series. From $150 per vial.
- B12 shot: a 5-minute visit or an add-on to another appointment. From $35 per shot.
Quick injectables with short recovery
- Wrinkle reduction with a neuromodulator such as Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau: about 30 minutes, with roughly an hour of recovery listed. From $150 per area.
- Dermal fillers: 30 to 60 minutes. Mild swelling and occasional bruising can happen for 24 to 48 hours. From $650 per syringe.
Worth planning around
Some treatments involve a few days of visible recovery, so many clients book them before a weekend. Virtue RF microneedling typically brings 2 to 4 days of redness and mild swelling. EndoliftX usually means 3 to 7 days of mild swelling and redness, and a consultation is always required.
How a first visit works
Every client begins with a complimentary consultation. You’ll talk through your goals with a provider, who will assess whether a treatment is a good fit and set honest expectations. Treatment on the same day as your consultation is only offered if you request it in advance.

Street parking in Manhattan is limited, so if you drive, a nearby commercial garage is usually the easier option. Many clients find the subway or walking simpler.

Often, yes. Treatments like HydraFacial, PHYSIQ and Lipo Shots take 30 minutes or less and list no downtime. Your provider can tell you what is realistic for your schedule at your consultation.
Do I need a consultation first?
Every client starts with a complimentary consultation, and some treatments, such as fillers and EndoliftX, always require one.
